About Be Well

Creating a life well-lived, loved, & fulfilled.

I empower and inspire people to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle by listening with compassion and non-judgment. I believe in their desire to develop personal bio-individual goals for optimal health and financial wellbeing; to be well emotionally, physically, spiritually and financially.

“For decades, I have been an advocate within the health consultant community, challenging a complex and at times flawed healthcare system. My focus has been on empowering clients to take charge of their health, all while fostering open and respectful dialogue with their medical professionals.”

Working as an Integrative nutritional and financial coach, I advocate for the client, to transform and reach their full potential, and to thrive and find joy in all aspects of their lives.

"A person who has their health has a thousand dreams, a person who has lost their health, has only one dream"

Finding peace

We work on understanding the cycle of thoughts, emotions and actions (TEA) Developing strategies for dealing with urges such as food choices, exercise, spending, and social habits. We are committed to comprehending how our decisions impact our everyday lives. By establishing small micro habits, we acknowledge and celebrate each step of progress, recognizing that perfection is an unattainable ideal - creating a life well lived, loved and fulfilling. To Be Well.

  • Unique and whole
  • An intelligent problem solver
  • Capable of focus, follow-through, and accomplishment
  • A personally accountable adult
  • Imaginative and creative
  • Acting from his her own sense of order and organizing principles
  • Willing to learn

  • Resilient

Coaching is in the transformation business not the information business…

If mere knowledge were the solution, we wouldn't face the myriad of health issues that exist. Knowing, doing, and being are unique to each individual. Ultimately, it's not just about disseminating information; it's about facilitating transformation.

I create a space for clients to discover and understand themselves, carving their own path. This process requires a level of trust and respect that can lead to life changes. Health coaching guides clients in moving towards their desired outcomes, encouraging action and tangible, self-directed changes in their lives. Coaching acts as a catalyst for progress, offering support, structure, and action that leads to transformation—a feat that information alone cannot achieve.

If you defend your limitations, you get to retain them. People understand what they need to do, but they lack belief in the purpose that motivates them to act. I collaborate with you to redefine and uncover that purpose.

Coaching client Joanna

"I have been active for majority of my life, from playing sports as a kid to weight lifting and going to Pilates in my 20’s. I have listened to podcasts and watched social media influencers try to explain how to get healthy. I could try the next fad diet, count my calories or try the next juice cleanse. What I didn’t understand was the process to being healthy was more than just eating a few veggies and going to the gym. To be well is recognizing unhealthy behaviors and prioritizing the little things in life we all claim we don’t have time for: more sleep, better stress management, breathing and fueling our bodies with sustainable food sources and positive self talk."
